Apologies that I have been Away-With-Out-Leave for a little while.  Some of you will know I was in Antigua a few weeks back attending a family funeral.  I was then away again in Plymouth attending a work related Conference from which I rushed back last week because my wife was briefly hospitalised.

Happily she is doing better than she was and the medics are doing a fine job in figuring out what’s not wrong with her. So far we know she doesn’t have high blood pressure, diabetes or a few other things, but they are less clear why she has not been feeling especially well recently.

Further tests take place today and we continue to pray that she’ll feel fully recovered in coming days and that the medics get to the bottom of what has been the problem. Thank you to those who have sent messages of goodwill or have visited.

So the last few weeks have been fraught and the blog has taken a hit. So apologies if you’ve been having withdrawal symptoms or beginning to wonder whether I’ve run out of things to say. Some new blog posts are planned and will appear later this week. However if it is true that a picture is worth a thousand words here are some pics of what I have been up to over the last 3 weeks.
